A&O Berlin Mitte Hotel

my second stay in berlin was a delight! a&o exceeded my expectations. the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made my stay memorable. the spacious twin room, clean bathroom, and convenient location added to the overall fantastic experience. highly recommended!

noisy construction work

A & O was a fantastic choice with its big hall providing plenty of space for digital nomads like myself to work on their laptops. the snack options, including sandwiches and coffee, were a nice touch and kept me fueled throughout the day. the shared sofa area was also very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. the staff were efficient and always ready to assist, and I appreciated the availability of alcohol gel for added safety. the saferoom for big luggages was convenient and gave me peace of mind. 🤔.

The location

The room was dirty.

Great value for money and convenient location near the metro. We had a good stay overall, but the highlight was definitely the helpful reception staff. We had an issue with the heating in our room, but they quickly resolved it and even offered to move us to a different room if needed. The private bathroom was clean and fully equipped, a plus.

During my recent stay at A&O Berlin Mitte, I experienced a small hiccup with my room, but the staff quickly resolved the issue and found me a nice, tidy, and spacious room. The location of the hotel was excellent and the price was reasonable. I also appreciated the ample space in the common areas.

Room is clean, two rooms, shower and toilet. All sights are within walking distance.

I was thrilled to discover that the hotel's location was convenient, with all of the city's sights and adventures right at my doorstep. The bus stop was just a few steps away, and the bahn station was a mere five minutes on foot. Plus, the hotel staff was friendly and tidy, making my stay even better. The comfortable room provided me with everything I needed, including three towels, shower gel, and soap. And let's not forget about the delicious meals I had at the nearby café-restaurant, Fritz Kafe, where I indulged in mouthwatering Italian cuisine and the most delectable coffee. To top it off, I discovered a great wifi hotspot that I could use, making staying connected easy. I highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations.

there was no air conditioning in the room, so I had to sleep with the windows open, which unfortunately let in some noise from the lively city streets.

well ubicated, friendly personnel, good breakfast, very small rooms but comfortable.

Great location, close to the city center and popular clubs. Easy access to public transportation. Clean rooms with fresh sheets and towels provided. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee in the morning. The pool table was a fun addition to meet new people.

Noisy at night, especially on the first floor. Some disturbances from drunk teenagers.

Hostel was modern, clean and had a nice mixed public. Breakfast was good price/value and location was OK: near a subwaystation a few stops from Berlin-city centre and walking distance from a street with some reasonably prices restaurants.

First floor rooms above the restaurant do have some noise from the breakfast room (moving chairs etc). Rooms were very small.
